Some banks may show both a pre-authorization and the actual subsequent charge. This amount will be automatically released. If this does not happen, we recommend that you contact your bank to expedite the release of the pre-authorization.

Your order information will always be available to you through the link in your account if you are a registered client, or through the link, we send you in your confirmation email if you are a guest customer.

Please remember that KENSHŌ does not guarantee that items you save in your basket will remain in stock. Therefore, if one of them sells out, you will be able to see that information once you try to purchase the item.

After completing your purchase we will send you a confirmation email with all the details.

Please remember that it will not be possible to cancel or amend your order if it has already been shipped.

We have a strict no returns/ refund policy, considering the edible nature of the product. We will exchange the product for you in case it is delivered broken or in an unusable condition. The exchange request must be raised by you within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible.
